Operations Executive
Working with a team of Operations
Executives, you will be responsible for the outgoing process. Tasks include
receiving orders, picking, dispatch and delivery to customer. You will
supervise a team of more than 10 staff and establish key performance indicators
for your processes. You will need to analyse the performances and work on
continuous improvement to enhance the service provided and improve efficiency
and productivity.
Requirements
- At least two years experience in a supervisory position
in a distribution centre/warehouse environment
- Candidates with working experience in a large
multi-national corporation is preferred
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
- Customer-oriented, with strong inter-personal and
communication skills
- Analytical with good organizational ability
- Dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good in using office automation tools like Microsoft
Excel and other reporting tools
- Salary Up to S$4,500
