Is NS Work Experience?

From: Bjorn Found this article's crisitique on NUS Business School's MBA selection criteria? Is this true? I am a proponent of the view that working experience in NS is relevant for S'porean applicants. Perhaps this is feedback to the MBA pple in Bizad?
